In this masterclass we are going to travel through 8 life categories together, diving deep into one specific topic per week for about 2 hours and 10 - 14 improvisation dances. This masterclass is inspired by the Mindvalley programme "Life Book" by Jon & Missy Butcher that serves people to get a clearer vision of what they want in life.

What is included in the price?
The price includes a weekly 2h dance Masterclass on Zoom with 10-14 dances & group sharing. Also you will have access to our private Facebook Community and the option to be in constant exchange with me & the group. In fact, the content of the Masterclass will be inspired by you & your Feedback, your questions. My students are my co-creators. What you call out, I translate into body language.

Do the classes take place online?
Yes. I will carefully guide all of you throughout the whole session via Zoom.

I usually don't dance. Can I still participate?
Absolutely! You don't need to have ANY dance experience to do this, neither does it matter how old or fit you are. All dances are improvised.

Is this a dance therapy?
No, but the effects can be similar. Like in a dance therapy I stimulate you in order to make your own discoveries to help yourself.

Do I need to sign up for 8 weeks?
No, although I'd recommend it to you! Not only can you save up to almost 50% (92€), but also commitment has an impact on how you show up in the classes and how you connect with the group.
